February 1 @ 11:00 am - March 18 @ 5:00 pm

Every year, our Winter Open Exhibition introduces us to some incredible new artists. This year we have decided to hold an exhibition celebrating these discoveries.

Our FRESH faces are Delphine Barney, Graham Hawkins / Steel Quirks & Michelle Dash.

We will be hosting celebratory drinks on Saturday the 3rd of February from 2-4.

Delphine Barney
A Glastonbury based landscape painter with a saturated palette, expressive brush strokes and a love for trees.

Graham Hawkins aka Steel Quirks
Hand-crafted in steel with a quirky twist in construction, form or theme, Graham’s work is playful with a hard edge.

Michelle Dash
Michelle works from her home studio in Old Sodbury, South Gloucestershire.
She makes two and three dimensional work in a variety of media, which has a strong figurative and narrative element, often evoking mystery, the uncanny and dark humour.
She is influenced by the aesthetic of medieval religious art and the visual and dramatic potential of myths and fairy tales with their magical beings, hybrid creatures and themes of transformation.
She is also drawn to the uncanny logic of dreams, and the way certain ordinary human-made objects and spaces can be imbued with atmosphere and mystery…perhaps haunted.

This exhibition not only features work by artists that are new to the gallery, there will also be a selection of new pieces on display by many of our existing tribe of Core Artists.
